- Work closely with CEO to identify channel partner opportunities
- Own channel partner growth path for the company
- Drive a significant portion of the company's user and revenue growth
- Develop and close partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with other relevant partners / financial technology companies
- Attend strategically relevant trade shows and events
- Perform market research and other partner-facing activities as needed
- 7+ years of business development experience, or other relevant experience (e.g. SaaS sales)
- Startup / small company experience preferred
- Experience in one of the following verticals: SMB SaaS, Accounting/Bookkeeping, Banking/Fintech
- Demonstrated ability to achieve performance goals
- Excellent communication skills
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Los Angeles, CA
- Lead specific engineering projects and small teams
- Help define product roadmap in partnership with the engineering leader and CEO
- Manage data models and core architecture
- Perform code reviews
- Proactively execute on tickets
- Anticipate and problem solve for roadblocks to the development team's goals
- Ensure code is highly efficient and extensible
- Building consumer-facing sites or apps
- Project management
- Building in Python, Javascript (current front-end is React), CSS, HTML -- or similar

Director of Engineering - SteadiPay Location: Remote Opportunity SteadiPay is building a platform to make existing banking and finance tools work better for small businesses – without having to switch banks. We’re on the hunt for a business development lead. The role will work directly with the CEO and will be responsible for building out key relationships between SteadiPay and banks, card issuers, other fintechs, and other potential strategic partners. We are open to starting the relationship as a part-time consulting agreement to make sure we mutually see fit. Compensation SteadiPay will pay a market-average salary plus a generous bonus plan and equity grant. Because this role will be so integral to the company’s long-term strategy, execution and success we want you to have significant upside. We will offer cash bonuses for certain milestones and opportunities to increase base salary, equity compensation, and title / responsibilities. We also offer top-of-market health, dental and other benefits (including stipend for work space). Background We are determined to make sure that every dollar small businesses earn is put to the best use possible. Small businesses are the backbone of our economy (almost half of all working Americans depend on a small business for their paycheck!). Making sure they stay financially healthy is essential. While consumers have gotten a slew of new apps and tools to automate their personal finances and large enterprises get custom services from big banks, small businesses are still largely left with manual processes and legacy technology to manage their finances. This costs real time and money. Small businesses deserve better tools, and shouldn’t have to switch banks to get them. SteadiPay is building a platform that lets small businesses optimize their financial existing financial tools and processes, generating thousands of dollars of increased cash flow. We’ve already launched our MVP, attracted a large waitlist of customers, and secured funding from some top VCs. You will also have ownership for our product & engineering team and tools. Although the company is technically based in Los Angeles, we are building a distributed team. You can live and work wherever you want. As we transition from contractors to in-house engineers, you will lead the transition and build-out of the team. For now, we expect the role to be 2/3 management, 1/3 contribution. You’ll primarily manage the development team while also contributing on certain projects or as needed. As we grow, this role will become more focused on management. You’ll work directly with the CEO on SteadiPay's product roadmap and development strategy.
